Refine is a film production company led by Rob Wilson and Kieran Beauchamp, specialists in creating cinematic, results driven video content for luxury hotels, spas, restaurants and bars.

With a combined 25+ years of filmmaking experience, Rob and Kieran take a people first approach to production. Friendly, approachable and committed to making the process enjoyable, they focus on building strong partnerships and delivering content that feels both premium and personal.

We draw from a select network of freelance creatives, bringing experience from the worlds of documentary, fashion, sport and music video. This allows us to offer fresh perspectives and a style that sets our work apart.

Our process.

Here’s how we bring your video to life.

  • We begin with a relaxed call to understand your business, audience and goals. We’ll talk through your brand values, the type of video you want, how it will be used, and any ideas you already have.

  • Once we have the brief, we develop a concept that fits your tone, audience and visual style. This includes early ideas on structure and visuals. When the direction is agreed, we create a storyboard and shot list so everyone knows what’s being filmed.

  • We handle the logistics, from crew and locations to travel and timings. We’ll work with you to make sure spaces, props and people are ready. Our planning keeps filming smooth and enjoyable.

  • Before the shoot we’ll have a short call to confirm timings, locations and key details. It’s a chance to ask questions or flag any last changes.

  • Filming days are calm, focused and enjoyable. We follow the plan with attention to detail, capturing everything we need while staying open to natural moments that bring the story to life.

  • We edit the best footage together with music, sound, colour and subtle storytelling touches. You’ll review a first cut with space for feedback before final delivery.

  • Your finished video will be provided in the formats you need for web and social. We’ll also send any agreed extras like stills or teaser edits, ready to share.

  • We’re here for the long term. Whether you need updates, new edits or ideas for future content, we’re ready to help your brand keep evolving.
